Dr. Undavia is by far the best doctor that I have had the pleasure of being treated by. His bedside manner is so comforting and his personality and kindness are all bonuses. He is confident, takes out extra time to reassurance you, and he has a solid reputation for a reason. He answers all questions and is non-judgmental and professional. In order to remove a pre-cancerous lesion from the upper portion of my right ear, as substantial portion of the ear rim was removed. This left a large gap which required the services of an experienced plastic surgeon to close. Dr Undavia was recommended to carry out the procedure. I found the experience, from initial visit to final inspection of the finished product, to be efficient and painless (both physical and emotional). The office is convenient and well appointed. The staff is efficient, accommodating and very solicitous of their patients needs & emotions. Appointments were on time but I never felt rushed or pushed out for the next patient.
I have been considering having some procedures done for the last few years. When I went to Dr. Undavia for my consultation I felt right at ease, he was so caring and kind and listen to all my needs. I felt I was in very good hands from the moment I met him. It has only been a month but I can see some very nice results already. My son said my eyes looked fifteen years younger! My journey started almost three years ago with brain surgery that caused some facial paralysis. Dr. Undavia, being my ENT, has been totally devoted to my recovery. He referred me to specialists for facial physical therapy and after a year I decided to discuss how he could help my appearance as my face was unbalanced.
I had the surgery on Oct. 31, 2019 and am now about six weeks post-op. I am very pleased with the results as I look “normal”, but younger. My concern that I would have the “Hollywood” stretched face after the procedure has been proven unfounded. His visual esthetic is perfect and people who don’t know me would never know that I had the procedure–just that I look young for my age.
Dr. Undavia is a true physician and healer. His care throughout the process has exceeded my expectations. His skill as a surgeon is superb, which I already knew. What continues to touch me deeply is his genuine concern for me not only as a patient but also as a person. He will always be my doctor as I trust him as a healer and as a genuine person.
Dr Undavia is truly the best doctor I have ever been to. Not only is he compassionate and knowledgeable but extremely personable. From the time I first met him at my consultation to still seeing him after my surgery and recovery he has always been there for me. He is truly unique. I am so pleased with everything. Although I am still in the initial stage of recovery ( Nasal surgery, Rhinoplasty and lower face lift ) I know he will see me through to the very end. His staff is wonderful. In early May I had Eyelid Surgery and skin removal from my lower lids. (I was tired of looking so tired!) Dr. Undavia was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, took the time to explain every aspect of the surgery as well as what to expect after. I has so little pain it was truly amazing – and I look and feel terrific. I am three weeks post-op for septoplasty, turbunate reduction and maxillary sinus surgery with Dr. Samir Undavia. After not breathing at all from my left nostril, numerous sinus infections, sinus migraines, sleep apnea (with use of a CPAPmachine), I finally had enough and was referred to Dr. Undavia. This doctor is not only the nicest, most pleasant and friendly doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting, but he is very patient and knowledgeable of my specific case. I suffer from autoimmune disease and any other health issues or procedures cause me to have flare ups. After much discussion, I felt very confident and comfortable that Dr. Undavia was the perfect surgeon to correct my deviated septum and the associated damage it caused all these years. At one week postop, I was able to breathe through both nostrils well. I have also not returned to using the CPAP yet and may not have to again! My hubby reports that I am sleeping with my mouth closed and not snoring! I am also able to sleep through the night and NOT wake up with a headache. I look more rested too based on recent compliments. Thank you Dr. Undavia and his wonderful staff! you’ve made such a wonderful and priceless change in my life for the better.
